Why a consultation before my session?
Talking to your photographer and planning out where you will photograph, what to wear and what each of you needs to bring that day is SO HELPFUL to all involved and will greatly maximize the end result in your images.
Should I wear my prescription eyeglasses?
Wearing glasses with lenses can result in lens "glare" in different lighting situations. Please visit with Lisa to discuss options that would be best for your session.
What happens if it is raining on my session date or I am ill?
In case of illness or bad weather for outdoor sessions, I will reschedule your session at no charge. In case of a "no show or no call" a secondary session fee will need to be paid in advance to secure another date and time.
What happens after my session?
All images taken are culled and sorted for the BEST options and then are digitally edited and shared in an online proof gallery or in a printed proof book. Clients then select favorites for ordering. Online proof galleries are included with session fees and are active on the website for 8 weeks. If a proof book is preferred, the lab cost to print and bind will be charged to the client. The amount of time it takes for proofs to be returned to each client will vary depending upon the workload at that particular time of the year. When proofing is complete, I will contact you. New clients are asked to visit the studio for a proof appointment to view available products for ordering and to get proof access. An order WILL NOT BE PLACED at this appointment. I want you to have time to look through your images and make selections that best suit you!
What kind of products can I order?
I have found through years of owning a photography studio that everyone likes to order something DIFFERENT! Some clients like me to order their prints, wall art, custom collages, canvases, metal prints, albums, cards and specialty graduation products, while others want to purchase digital files so they can create these products themselves. ALL of these product options exist in a flexible ordering format so you can choose what best meets your needs!
